Any good strategies to take on the Fort?
I'm about to cross the Las Vegas river to the Fort. Any good ways how to pwn every living thing there?

Fast weapons, and if you want to do chems, then things that add DR/DT and action points. Use normal ammo, enemies are either soft or armoured targets.
Also, start from center, from Caesar. Kill him first, move in a circle from there.

After the tent flap beyond where the 2 kids are, I normally leave 2 companions in there to kill stuff for a bit while I heal in the other room.

This is the best description ever.
If I am doing the House or Independent routes I always leave Caesar and Foritification Hill alone. Very satisfying to be running across the dam and seeing the Fort burning as a result of the handiwork of the hundreds of Securitrons that just burst out of the weather station. No way he or his lieutenants survive that.

Just be a level 11, run in there with a varmint rifle and steal from Caesar's tent. You either kill them all, or die.

LMGs and miniguns work well. Also Turbo. Lots and lots and lots of Turbo. And psycho. And Med-X.

Get Enclave Commander and Flyable Vertibird.

Then take the fort by first clearing the LZ with the gunship, then landing your platoon and securing the LZ. As you advance, call in airstrikes on difficult targets from the orbiting gunships while your platoon goes tent to tent, clearing out any resistance and ensuring none of the Legion are left to the rear of your advance.

I know what you're going to say - that's too easy. And its true - you won't need to fire a shot, personally.

But by this point you aren't some low level officer. You are becoming a major player in the politcal landscape of the Mojave. If you're follwoing the House (or especially the Wildcard) you are basically in control of your own city-state. When you need to have someone dead, you have people for that now - you aren't dealing with individual battles but are concerned with winning a war.

That scenario sounds like it needs some kind of slow-mo mod on. For the entire attack. And maybe some Metallica in the background.

EDIT: Actually, Ride of the Valkyries would be way more fitting!

if you´r up to a challenge go to the fort without using chems only with a ballistic fist and a companion and kill them all, should be a hell of a carnage.

I've ran into some Legionary assassins, so I'm wondering if there is going to be challenging enemies there (except for caesar).

Only four. Well, six, if you are not ready for the Legion's way of combat. The rest is just plain mob.
there´s some praetorians guards but there are several ways to take them out,the rest it´s pretty easy.

place C4 in front of the tent

enter the tent, immediately leave

wait for them to follow

Caesar → Sky (in slowmotion)

I couldn't find his body :(
