Any way to skip Doc Mitchell? Or make his dialogue skippable?
Are there any modifications to skip the Doc Mitchell sequence ("So, your awake. How about that.")? I hate the fact that the dialogue is unskippable. I can't immediately use the Vigor Tester untill Doc Mitchell finishes talking, and I have to sit on the couch and wait for him to eventually get to the chair.

Any modifications to skip this or speed it up?

Atleast the Temple Of Trials from Fallout 2 was skippable with the restoration project, and it was a forced tutorial with you in control the whole time instead of waiting for a guy to finish talking.

What about modifications? My start of the game save is BEFORE I installed New Vegas Bounties, Freeside Open, and For The Enclave.

Or you could just wait the 45 seconds and not be such a spaz.

Almost all larger mods are configured to start when the character setup is complete (it's likely that this is controlled by a script variable), so saving right before you exit the house won't affect your mods. More so, it's advised to have a clean save at that point with little to no mods, so you can always have a file to revert back to.
