Very Weird SkyBox Bug

Graphics mod list? If you use an ENB, make sure AA is disabled for the game (use the GPU control panel , if needed), and disable Steam overlay for the game. This is the most usual cause of transparency bugs.

I didn't download any graphic mods.
This happened after I downloaded a Fallout Crashing Mod.
Which helped the crashing, but caused the bug.
