Ulysses' logs bug

I got my first tape in the locked door area, it was tape 21 and before i enter the final room i decided i should find all tapes first.

I started collecting through a guide on youtube but i noticed i miss 1 and it was the first tape i got, somehow the 7.21 tape disappeared from my misc and didn't count for the challenge. I returned in the place with the locked door and the tape wasn't there, of course it wasn't it was the first tape i took.

Does any of you know how to fix this?

Open the console, select a container/dead body, and add that log into its inventory:

additem 400cd72 1

(That 4 at the start is the load order, although generally LR is 04.)
Pick it up and the challenge should complete.

Oh, and this trick works with all collecting challenges, where you have to take an item into your inventory.
