Any way to stop the Legion's random assaults?
Every 10 or 15 minutes, 5 Legion soldiers come and say that because they don't know how to decide things and Cesar is god they need to kill me because I'm beign bad with them (said the guys who burned an entire town)
Any way to make that stop? (apart of having good reputation with them)

No other way, sorry. Its an easy way to get loot though! As long as you take cover and are in NCR territory, your good.

I normally avoid annoying any factions until i fully decide who to destroy and who to keep. if you killed those legionarres at Nipton then you're stuck with them for ever

Yep. That's one of cons in the faction system. If you side with the NCR or are 'hated' by the legion. Either way they are going to get you.

The only way the attacks will stop, is that you will have to obtain the 'mark of cesar' because then the legion attacks will stop (for a time being). Till you complete the rest of the game, have a high affintity, or if you decide to blow cesars head off.

No other way, sorry. Its an easy way to get loot though! As long as you take cover and are in NCR territory, your good.
I found a way, that if before they found me (or short after), I put a Legion's armor, they just ignore me and leave, their armorrs are heavy for me, but if that it's the only way...
They NCR thing... I was on Helios ONE and they killed 3 NCR soldiers (the girl that gave you the electric central mission included) before they died.

Faction armor works 50/50. If you wear the armor when your affinity with the faction is bad they will see right through your disguise and attack you on sight.

My reputation with the Legion is vilified (I don't know how I reach so far in just the 3 first principal misions and some side quests) and it work, at least the first time, the same happend with the Powder Gangers, they hated me, but putting the armor and entering the corectional to help the sheriff leave worked.
Any way, I only tested it once, so... maybe it was just pure luck.

Try to avoid going near the NCr while wearing the legion armor, and vice versa.

It could be luck. However, it might as well be a glitch because this kind of happened to me too, but when i reloaded the game, the opposing faction suddenly started to attack me on sight.

Geting the hate from two powerful factions? I don't know what could go wrong with that.

Yes, there are three methods, two of them work guaranteed all the time.
1) Rush to the part of the main storyline where you get a temporary pardon. It will be VERY obvious when you get it. 100% work rate.
2) Don't fuck with the Legion unless you are sufficiently prepared and equipped. This is not CoD where you shoot everything that moves. In this game they shoot back. And you can actually die (unheard of in console shooters, I know, but this isn't one ^^). 100% work rate.
3) Get a faction armour. Won't work on almost all named Legion members. Same goes for most factions if you use a disguise, named and/or higher-ranked characters see through it.

how to stop them? generally concentrated laser to the face is what I'd suggest.

I generally shoot them from long range in the head, and disintegrate them before they close. and of course a big tri beam GRA if they do close because nothing says don't bother me like an energy shotgun.

then Ceasar goes 'all is forgiven.'

and I'm like....I'm not aware of forgiving you ceasar. and then I kill everyone. and burn all their dresses.

although to be fair I actually killed them all with a katana, because I wanted to use the katana, because it felt all like kill bill.
