You can pretty much trust in sites that are listed on IsThereAnyDeal, which itself is a universal price alert service.
That and bundles (if you are into non-AAA games) can literally save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on a few dozen games. (I mean I got 40 games in my library for less than 50 bucks in the past 4-5 month or so, and an additional 20 for giveaway fuel on top of that, mostly from bundles.)
Also, don't worry, Bethesda doesn't seem to care about stolen/shady keys. Probably because most of those were "acquired" from 1C, the Russian distributor of this game.
