Massive frame rate decrease when using Chainsaw
I get massive frame rate drops whenever I use the Chainsaw in the game. I use NVSE, NVAS and FNV4GB, but I still get these frame rate drops, is there any way to fix this?

What are your system specs?

The framerate has to do with how your system is set up to play games, particular games that has a lot of framerate ups and downs

The Chainsaw and Ripper put out a ton of individual "hits" as you hold down the Attack Button. (You ever draw a picture on wall with the thing?) This creates a heavier than it should be cpu load and is just another example of the ineffecient nature of the Gamebryo engine.

What is your CPU? Also, try the Stutter Remover on top of your other plugins. But yes, the chainsaw kills the CPU, it is an engine limitation.
Or, well, tied to the fact that Obsidian had zero experience with the engine. The similarly working industrial axes in The Pitt of FO3 didn't have this problem.
