A big visual bug

Hello I was modding my FNV and I just finished. The test save I was using up till there was fine, then I started a new game and this horrible visual bug happened. Indoors and outdoors half the stuff in invisible such as here:

Oddly its also only in the one direction I face (when outdoors). It is towards doc mitchels house.

BTW it happens when i turned the ENB off too (the effect with the files still installed). http://i.imgur.com/877OiQp.png That is what happens whenlooking down at the ground.

Nvm thanks I found the fix on Rudy enb's post section (the enb I'm using). It was fixed by turning steam overaly off while in game. Odd bug to happen from that.
