Do console commands work for quests in mods?
I've been trying to complete a stage on a bugged Beyond Boulder Dome quest and I've tried everything. It's the "There's a Better Way" quest, and I've used fnvedit and the G.E.C.K., to figure out the quest id and stage. I've reviewed the load order position and quest id information multiple times. I've tried retyping it multiple ways into the console, for example

setstage 17076175 85

and

completequest 17076175

and it won't work, at all. I'm really confused here.

Sometimes the actual load order is one higher than the one you see in the mod manager, so it may be 18xxx.
As for the question, yes, console commands work for all plugins, official or not. This is how the game works. (From its perspective a DLC is just another mod.)
You can also try internally listing quest objectives and stages. sqs lists stages, sqv the quest variables/objective counters/flags.

so what's it's quest id??? My thing is giltched where in the 2nd wave of "eliminate all death squad troops" all of them are eliminated, but the quest hasn't progressed 1 bit and I even tried to type "killall" in the console and it said only my companions and those brotherhood fellas died or went unconcious. I've been stuck on this for 2 hours now, please help.

If you cannot find the quest on the Fallout wiki, which also lists the Quest IDs, then you need to download and start the GECK or FNVEdit and find the quest ID manually.

It's been 5 years, please tell me someone has found a solution. Have mercy. I have been trying to find a solution and I can't... FNVE says the Quest Id is 01076175... But the console says it doesn't exist.
