I have always played slots and started with a 1000 chips and always end up with success. When your spin is ment to be a loser but turned into a success because of luck, it should say something like, "you are feeling lucky". There is a chance you are just being very unlucky or I am very lucky. Luck should affect your games positivly in all games, but so far, I have only had massive luck in blackjack and slots

well 10 luck doesnt seem to be doing much for me, i see people saying they got banned from all casinos with a luck of 7 but me with luck 10 leaves the game with less caps that i started with

Luck doesn't affect roulette at all. It does affect slots but it affects blackjack the best. Just use some basic strategy for blackjack and you will win more often than you lose if you have 10 luck. I always double down whenever I start with 9-19 points which seems risky but it works out most of the time with high luck.

Did you sacrifice Charisma to get high Luck?
I often did that ... but made up for it by tagging Speech skill so that Speech challenges can be met!

Are you sure it doesnt affect roulette at all? Back when the game first came out, i had a 10 luck character break all the casinos on roulette (betting all on 1 number, reloading after like 10 or so tries) and it would only take be about 10-15 minutes MAX to break a casino (which meant winning 2-3 times on roulette). One time i even won the jackpot 2 roulette spins in a row.

Whereas i had a 5 luck character try that, and i spent over an hour on one table doing the same thing until i finally won the jackpot one time, and then decided that it wasnt worth my time to try and break all the casinos with that character.

Luck does affect roulette it is just that the effect on roulette is miniscule. Back to what your problem is with the slots and blackjack. For slots have no idea never even played the slots but for blackjack do you know how to play? Do not always hit yourself to get 21 so if your hand is like 18-20(preferebly) you should stop adding cards for it is not likely to get 21 but with 10 luck there is a chance but I would not risk it for most of the time with high luck you should win as long as your hand is 18-20 so you should stay on these numbers. Only hit if the cards add up to 16 or below and 17 if you are feeling lucky because you may win or lose with 17 but with high luck you may get 21. I hoped I helped but it is possible to win blackjack (atleast) alot with luck of 7-10.

Black Jack is the way to win big. You may just hitting too close to 21.

You should be able to put your Double Down button on auto fire and walk away.

Occasionally you may hit streaks of badness.

With 10 Luck you win about every 10 single bet on roulette and get jackpot about 50-100 turns on slot (although you rarely if ever lose money on slot). In Blackjack you can hit on a 17-19 with about 80%-ish success rate.
10 Luck can clear out most casinos in 3-10 minutes if you risk it, or in 15-20 if you just play blackjack. Or if you want to do it ideally, then go near the ban threshold (within 20 or so slot buy-in range) and start play slots until you hit the jackpot. You can get away with twice the money. Useless in a normal route, but for Vegas runs it's a massive early boost.
You can do this in the 8-10 Luck range, but 7 or less is pushing, well, your real luck with the pseudo-random generator.

If you really want to push your winnings to the limit, the best way to go is to win until you're 1 cap away from the limit and then to bet 200 on a single number on roulette until you win (and reloading if you don't win after about 10 tries or so). Roulette has the highest payouts ever since triple oranges were nerfed into oblivion.

I just got kicked out of every casino on the strip. Blackjack seems by far the easiest game to win at with a luck of 6-7 or more. You'll get double tens, face card and ace a lot. Whenever you get a CLOSE mix like a 7 and an 8 or a 6 and a 9 ALWAYS double down and you're more than usually going to get that "Feeling lucky" and get 21.

Also don't start gambling with anything les than 2000 chips on the table. You don't even have to use caps. since legion money and NCR money have such crappy trade values I use those to buy chips usually.

Huh? Legion money is the most valuable currency in the game.
