Can't get achievement "Ain't that a kick in the head"

Look on my profile i can get any other but not that one (I've tried restarting it twice)

Generally it means you opened the console, which disables achievements until the game is restarted. Some achievements are bugged, but quest-related ones are usually stable.

If you're using console commands, then that will disable achievements for the current game session. Then you'll need to exit to desktop and load the game back up for achievements to trigger.

I'm pretty sure i never used console commands for any of it i have mods however.

Mods don't disable anything, but you might have accidentally tapped the ~ key, which disables achievements, even if nothing is typed.

As the others have mentioned, if you tap the tilde key you open the console which will automatically disable achievements for that session. Unfortunately that pesky tilde key is right beneath the Tab key that bring up your Pip Boy. It is very easy to hit it, and was the reason that my endgame Legion achievements were locked the first time around way back when I played through them back in 2010.

Same reason I had all the endgame achievements before I had the Pick 25 Locks achievement.
