How to get a no-gore New Vegas Ultimate?

I need a game version without those torn-off blowing-up heads and blood splashes and such as they are often rather inappropriate when kids see it or even play it. I there a way to get german version with English voice/subtitles? I'm not in Germany also.

Why would you want to let children watch or even play this game anyway? Even without blood and gore this is still a rather dark and mature game, with alot of content that might be inappropriate for children.

Yeah, come to think of it, this stuff really isn't all that bad, as long as there isn't any blood. I guess I was just exaggerating. Wounded soldiers on the ground begging you to put them out of their misery, cannibalism, a mafia-family hooking up their pro-stitues on drugs to abuse them as sehxs slaves, slavery, raepe, pedophilia, war, an entire town that was burned down while its citizens were brutally slaughtered and some other matters might seem bad at first, but by letting children play a game that contains all of this, you teach them how bad these things actually are, so it makes alot of sense from an educational point of view.

Ehm, no hookers so far - only bandits and animals. Didn't make it to NV but already found a bug that allows playing hardcore mode and not eating/drinking anything but radaway and alike.
Hey, what those GreenPeace guys are thinking - harming gekkos, dogs and spiders! Though technically scorpions are not spiders.
BTW what really pissed me off was a moment when a kid tried to repeat something from skyrim like stabbing the other kids neck with a wooden branch - just like with a dagger. Some things are really hard to explain to kids and you never know what to expect.

I'm not sure what you would have to explain to them about the *violence* of the game (the other stuff, sure).

I can see the scenario going like this.

(Shoots supermutant and head explodes in slow motion with a detailed model of an eye lazily floating across the screen)

Kid: Ooooh! That's awesome.

You: Well, don't do that to your sister - its bad, m'kay.

I always find it hilarious that violence is acceptable in media, but things like nudity and sex, which come naturally to everyone, make people (especially FOX news) go nuts.

isn't this a SHOOT THEM UP, KILL THEM DEAD kind of game for 17 or 18+? And taking that into consideration I know I wasn't expecting to be useing water guns and clown baloons...it was quit clear what I was getting..

Violence as such can be explained like "those guys are bad because they ...." or "we have 3 choices - attack, run away or get killed". But depicting things like torn off bodyparts and blood splashing like ketchup is not really nescessary when it comes to teaching what's good and what's bad. Some fairytales are way more violent. As for nipples - well, it depends on context. Breastfeeding is one thing and "communication" :) is another
