Infiltrating NCRCF

I sided with goodsprings at the beginning of the game so i am now vilified by the powder gangers. Now i need to get into the NCRCF but the guy at the entrance attacks me. I nearly killed him but he ran into the prison so now i cant get the key.
What should i do?

You can still get in there using a glitch; if you walk to the backside of the outhouses you can sit down there, which will tleport your character inside the fence.

The guy who would give you the Powder Ganger quests will be hostile though, so the only reason to go there is to get Meyers if you choose him.

Here's my sage advice: Go to an earlier save and try again using a stealth boy.

Go to the south end of the correctional facility, theres a small hill and some rocks. You can use some of the rocks there and jump over the fence, I do it all the time.

Depending on how far you went into the game with the powder gangers, you can side with Goodsprings and still not get villified by the powder gangers, which allows you to enter their base if your wearing powder ganger armor. During the fight at goodsprings just don't kill any of the attacking powder gangers, let the goodsprings people kill them. You'll lose reputation but you won't drop all the way to villified since you didn't actually kill any of them. Just run out and be a big target and let the citizens of goodspring kill them.

Also maybe try the "wait 3 days" method see if he comes back out to his post.
