Stuck on "investigate rumors of ghouls" sub-quest on "Come Fly With Me" mission

So basically, already I've got the 2 parts to built a rocket, killed all the nightkin. But cant continue because the "investigate rumors of ghouls" subquest is still there.

I tried talking to the sniper in the dinosaur mouth after all is done even using the completed quest cheat, nothing. Keep in mind that Ive activated the show all map, and use noclip to save time.

I cant finish the game now with this

Some of the console commands save your time, instead of walking around a mountain. Use noclip command to walk through it.

That's why I bought the PC version of this game

And maybe that mountain was in place to guide you through a certain trigger box, the bypassing of which can sometimes break quests. This is also the reason you're not allowed to fast travel from interiors.

Just do "Player.setstage 00080664 xx" Replace XX with one of the pair of numbers below for the right quest objective you need.

If it doesn't work right away, do Player.resetquest 00080664 first THEN do player.setstage

40 Find atomic fuel for the rockets.

41 Return to the Rocket Facility and give the fuel to Chris Haversam.

50 Find parts to fix the rockets' thrust controllers.

51 Return to the Rocket Facility and give the parts to Chris Haversam.

This is precisely what happened, by the way. And since he bypassed the next two sub-stages, the setstage command may bork out too. And if the nightkin are dead, the resetquest command will fail too. That noclip may have permanently rendered this quest unfinishable in that save file.
