How to make my character not ugly and dirty looking?
I have been trying to make my character look decent for the better part of the afternoon and no matter what I try it looks hideous. I have been trying to get this:

but no luck.

I got the image from
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/51166/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fnewvegas%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D51166%26preview%3D&pUp=1

but for some reason it isn't activating. Any help would be appreciated or if you have a mod list YOU use to get similar results, Since I read DK's mod is pretty bad with CTD's. some help would be nice.

Thanks.

Patiently. Really. Getting a normal-looking human face in this game requires a lot of patience and trying. It's like Mass Effect 1 in this regard.

Well I did what I could but no luck. Idk why bethesda love making frumpy-looking characters (I.e. vanilla skyrim) ugh.

It was Obsidian this time, but simply put, this is what that engine could make. Most custom faces you see in mods were made by other programs and the meshes simply imported into the games.

I wanted to make an albino with a cool beard, but the game only let me be clown white, so I went with it, and put a pink synth rocker haircut on him, and the Chuck Norris beard.

Phantasy star online on the dreamcast has a more robust character creator.
