Wild Card: Finishing Touches: Problem

After returning to Yes Man and completing the quest, he asks me if I want to go to the dam and fight the Legion, If I say yes, the conversation ends and I can't move, and my HUD isn't visable.

I can get out of it with "enableplayercontrols" but shouldn't I be getting another quest or something?

I know this post is old but did you ever find a cause and/or solution to this glitch?

I think it only happens if you do Finishing Touches after You'll Know When it Happens (the Kimball quest).

I've done one where I didn't do it and one where I did, I did reinstall it so idk
