Here's the id base code for it xx00885a ( Form IDs from add-ons start with "xx" because their first two numbers vary from player to player, depending on which mods and DLC packs are installed on his/her system. )

Again go look in your fallout mod manager and check in which position is fallout new vegas esm.The first two number is what you will need to look for.

It's from Lonesome Road so it should be the 4th dlc, so will be 0400885a assuming you haven't got any mods that load before the dlc.

Now it works thanks

For future reference the first 2 numbers are always equal to the position of the mod/dlc in the load order.

so if you had 4 dlc packs and 2 mods in a load order like so:

00 - basegame.esm
01 - DLC1.esp
02 - DLC2.esp
03 - DLC3.esp
04 - DLC4.esp
05 - MOD1.esp
06 - MOD2.esp

and you wanted to spawn an item from dlc 4 the xx would be 04

If you wanted to spawn an item from mod 2 the xx would be 06

Please note it is also occassionally 08 as it was for me for some reason

So I guess it would have been too bothersome to actually read the text balloon on the 'XX' part of the code on the Riot Gear's page, that explains the exact same thing without(!!!) writing half a dozen posts about it…

Read the thread. All you need is to find your load order number for LR. Usually it is 04, but for non-Ultimate editions it may vary between 01 and 09. If you have mods, in extreme cases it may be bumped up to 0C-ish,

I downloaded lonesome road second and I've been typing 0200885a and 02008855 and it's just saying compiled script not saved balh blah.

Did you check in a mod manager to see the exact position of that DLC?
