BOONE QUEST HELP

i'm at the boone quest to help him deal with the past but i cant get him to tell me the stuff about hiswife.. i did alot of stuff for the ncr so i have alot of 'historypoints'. but the options just dont apear, any help please..

boone's quest has to do with the note hidden in the secretary's office that says something along the lines that shes the reason boone's wife was sold into slavery, then you go find her, kill the legion and then come back... as far as i can remember... its been a while since I did that quest if you would like I can do it again and walk you through it as I do it...

You have to get the history points while Boone is in the party.
Or you can cheat and use the console command: set "96BCD".nOpenness to 5

yeah thats the quest where you recruit him, im mean his personel quest that gets him the upgraded armor. ty for the help though

i dont like to use the comands, just trying to get him the better armor cause i really like him so far

You could check how many points you currently have by using: show "96BCD".nOpenness
If you've run out of opportunities to get the points then there's no way other than cheating.
Also remember to quit the game after you use the console so you can still get achievements.

It's not

set 96BCD.nOpenness to 5

but

set "96BCD".nOpenness to 5
