This one is a bit more detailed than RTS - you can place individual walls instead of prefabs.
'Course, now that I think of it - all those interiors are going to be in the main wolrdspace which means weather clipping.
Pro-tip. Don't resurrect dead threads.
Killer Fact: No its not as this mod came out *after* the E3 announcement *and* the author even tells you his mod is inspired by FO4, not the other way around.
Base Building (FO4 inspired) by cikada11
"This mod is inspired by one of the most anticipated features of Fallout 4, base building."

He was likely talking about RTS, rather than the mod in the main post. Also, I'm purposefully replying to this dead thread to spite you, random person.
What a ridiculous comment. Why do you think comments about 'necroing' is even a 'thing' and has been noted, commented on and often an activity to for moderators to act upon. This has been going on for DECADES.
Why? Because people do care, like me. But it's other people that are thoughtless and self-centered, who go ahead and post against old, pointless threads that serve virtually no purpose, as that conversation/topic has faded into the past...due to lack of interest of people wanting to comment on, and keep the thread active.
Therefore, people should respect the use of the forums not to throw old, tired topics back into the "current threads" and the first page of a forum.
However, it seems even the most simple answers and concepts like this are lost on people like you. (Which I acknowledge and type this reply in SPITE of knowing that you "don't care".)
