Why can't we be friends Quest.
Can I do this Quest if I'm Vilified by the Powder Gangers? I went into Vault 19 on my first run and they were hostile on sight.

2late, you dun fukt it, I guess you could use console commands, though.

Odd, I was also vilified by the Power Gangers and no one shot me on sight in Vault 19. But, I still failed the quest anyway.

The Vault 19 group is in an entirely different faction than the ones in NCRCF (or the ones involved with Nipton). It was a glitch if they shot you.
