Console command for regaining control of the player

Ok so I was in gomorrah and out of nowhere the omerta thugs started attacking me. I also got stuck. I used coc goodsprings to get out and eventually came back to the strip, with all the omertas including the hookers outside hostile to me, and in the top left of my screen I keep on losing reputation on the strip. So I figured I would walk into gomorrah and just finish everyone off quickly so I didn't have a popup every 5 seconds. I walk in, and the bouncer dude is hostile but also tried to talk to me or something like that to take my weapons, so now I have no hud and can't move or anything, like in one of the game's "cutscenes" where you stay in your character's perspective. It would be pretty nice to be able to get back to playing the game considering I've been running off of autosaves for quite some hours now..


TL;DR I need a console command for being allowed to move during a cutscene.
