Console Commands and the Hardcore Mode achievement

Simply put, will using console commands at any point throughout your playthrough disable the Hardcore mode achievement from unlocking when you beat the game? Or is it like other achievements and it only applies for that one specific session when you would unlock the mod?

Hardcore mode achievement is usually botched because it can randomly get set to non-hardcore after you leave Mitchell's house, denying the achievement from the first second. The other main reason that hardcore mode can crash the game at the start of DM, OWB, and HH. These can be circumvented by, well, not playing them. But hardcore can also crash when you take the boat to Caesar's camp. Which can be circumvented only by an NCR play through. And finally, hardcore can crash when you accept the last mission, the battle for the dam. That… well, if it happens, just use SAM.
