Did you check your Data Files?
Open the launcher, click on "Data" then make sure the DLC boxes are checked.

it dosent have the dlc inside the data file thing, ive looked at the store page and when i search fallout nv it says i have the reg and ultimate edition in my library.

Because ultimate is a bundle, and steam will do that if you own part of any bundle.

If you do actually have a line here that have "New Vegas" and "Ultimate" in a single line, then you need to contact Steam support and tell that that Steam accidentally removed your DLC from your account, and also add in that this is similar to the problem a number of other useers reported to them. It's them who need to re-add the missing items to your account.
If you don't have a line like that in your purchase history, then you don't have the Ultimate Edition, simple as that.

the ultimate edition says its in my library when i search it in the store, and when i go to steam support it keeps redirecting me to bethesda home page

dont know why support sends you to bethesda, i just tried it and i didn't go to any bethesda site. Bethesda didn't sell you the game steam did, so don't know why its sending you somewhere else. Does it send you to bethesda page once you click on support? or are you choosing an option that sends you there, if so choose a different option doesn't matter what and go to steam support that way.

i click the support and click the ffallout new vegas help, and i t sends me to the bethesda homepage, how can i contact steam like that.

Ok, first make sure you did purchase ultimate. When you click in support fallout nv it should show the receipt line, when you purchased it, etc. The line should say "purchased as part of fallout new vegas ultimate" and - receipt.

Steam probably won't help if you did purchase it and you didn't get the ultimate they only give refunds i think. Just go to the bethesda site and see if you can find support there and tell them the problem. I'm sure others have had it steam has had problems with NV/ultimate purchases for years.

Probably the best you can get from steam is a refund they probably send all support requests to the actual game company that way they don't have to worry about them. There probably is still a function somewhere in their menu about selling you the wrong game you might be able to find I just don't know what it is sorry, do a little exploring.

same ♥♥♥♥ i'm in now. i had regular new vegas installed before. then after playing after a while i realised it would be better if i'd get all dlc. so i got them on steam, which was called "New vegas PCR". i've installed all this PCR thingie, which took a while, almost like installing a brand new game. after playing a while i realised that nothing has changed. there are only two checkboxes in the launcher data. but the strangest thing is that the DLC are not mentioned on the PCR page, they for some reason are mentioned under my regular New Vegas installment. i go to manage DLC and all of them are checked and says the content donloaded 18 of march.
so i guess i have two options now, either ask in the support or wipe both of those games from PC and reinstall again (the second option i think i did, not sure now - three months passed)
