If you don't have a line like that in your purchase history, then you don't have the Ultimate Edition, simple as that.
Steam probably won't help if you did purchase it and you didn't get the ultimate they only give refunds i think. Just go to the bethesda site and see if you can find support there and tell them the problem. I'm sure others have had it steam has had problems with NV/ultimate purchases for years.
Probably the best you can get from steam is a refund they probably send all support requests to the actual game company that way they don't have to worry about them. There probably is still a function somewhere in their menu about selling you the wrong game you might be able to find I just don't know what it is sorry, do a little exploring.
so i guess i have two options now, either ask in the support or wipe both of those games from PC and reinstall again (the second option i think i did, not sure now - three months passed)
