If you want a more complex one that can do stuff like slow down time in-dorrs and speed up outdoors with following the needs' increase, this is the one:

This, by itself, cannot modify the speed the needs go up, but I use it with Project Nevada. In my experience this doesn't work 100% correct all the time and you need to set around 600/day to get 250-350/day in a somewhat random way, but it doesn't crash the game, doesn't kill the frame rate, and on the very basic principle it works.
