Timescale and Hardcore needs
Do hardcore needs follow the game timescale? I changed from 30 to 20 and am not really sure if the needs will follow that scale or something else.

I'm pretty sure that the hardcore needs follow the game time scale, but you might want to check online to be 100% sure.

Nope. They do not.

I believe this http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39157/? will allow you to tweak H/T/S gain. If not, Project Nevada definitely does.

No, I think the needs are tied to real time (or game ticks) rather than in-game one. So if you want needs to follow it, you need a more complex mod that does that through dynamic scripts.

If you only want the global timescale changed, this one is rock-steady and has an option to adjust needs:

If you want a more complex one that can do stuff like slow down time in-dorrs and speed up outdoors with following the needs' increase, this is the one:

This, by itself, cannot modify the speed the needs go up, but I use it with Project Nevada. In my experience this doesn't work 100% correct all the time and you need to set around 600/day to get 250-350/day in a somewhat random way, but it doesn't crash the game, doesn't kill the frame rate, and on the very basic principle it works.
