lost all my weapons going out of the casino..
All my weapons seemed to disappear. What caused this and is there any way to get them back? If not, i can always find some random bad guys and farm the weapons off them later..

was it Gomorrah? do not take wepons in there. dismiss companions too. making them wait outside will cause the weopons to disappear.

however, if you can get access to the banks safes, you may find all lost wepons inside. just dont get caught...

Just go back to a previous save if your items were lost, also don't bring Boone into a casino, all of the weapons and items will dissapear on him.

I use YUP. So im guessing this is a known issue since YUP fixes it. If it still happens even with YUP, i will leave a note on the YUP page. Anwyays, luckily, even if i do lose all my weapons...i used most of em at Quarry Junction killing deathclaws, including my fat man i found, so i didn't really have rare weapons much....i can always buy my favorite lasers at the BOS store anyways. Ill double check to make sure that YUP was functioning and if it does not fix it...i will post on the page it is on. As for using console commands, someone told me i cannot if i want to get the achievements and such..so i have to avoid using them..at least the 1st time i play this game, but ill copy them down to use them in future playthroughs..

Oh yea..and now i have another reason to hate the Omorrah's or we gang runs Gohmorra.

This was one of the reasons i got YUP in the first place. Looks like it might not fix the issue 100% of the time, so anyone that uses YUP, do not rely on it to fix this bug..it is still present in YUP.

I ALSO do not use any mods, other than YUP and the Repcomm fix, made by the same author. Since i tried gettign them back in the game without the console, i contacted the author of the mod on nexus forums and if there not responding, i make sure to WARN others that YUP will not completely fix this issue, even though it SAYS it does. BE WARY!

thanks, even though this is an old post. Apparently my YUP post did not get unnoticed though..YUP made even more improvements for this bug after i posted it there..in one of their notest the maker of YUP says "It may still happen as there are weird variations on the bug in certain games that are quite rare to track down where the bugs are exactly coming from". Anyways, thanks for the info posted on here, i have long since stopped playing Fallout: :New Vegas, but i may come back again for more, and this will help others with this issue. Thank you very much REDS.

Well, YUP mod needs to be seached for on internet, installed, launched with the game.
The console commands gives you the same result directly ingame.
It seems I read somewhere that finishing the game without using console gives you a success, isn't it? Thats's why you recommend YUP? I was not quite aware of that, and had already used the console to unblock a bloqued quest by the past.
EDIT :
http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout:_New_Vegas_achievements_and_trophies
First and foremost, using the console on the PC version for any reason will disable achievements for that play session. This includes non-controversial commands such as save. Simply opening the console will not disable achievements; a command must be entered and run via the console.

In either case, achievements can be re-enabled by exiting the game completely and re-loading the game. Loading a saved game in which the console has been used will not disable achievements.

Thank you. This gave me weapons I thought I lost.

Is there ones for other casinos?
JDC UK Sep 1, 2024 @ 6:04am
The other casinos aren't as bugged as the Gomorrah's weapon locker script.
This is in the order Player locker, Companion 1 locker, then Companion 2 locker.

The Tops
"127d84".removeallitems 14
"128595".removeallitems 14
"127d85".removeallitems 14

Ultra-Luxe
"16569c".removeallitems 14
"16569d".removeallitems 14
"16569e".removeallitems 14

If you don't want the player to be given the weapons that were confiscated from your companions, you can replace 14 with the companions ID instead. You can find that out by clicking on the NPC.
