So in the midst of the "Game wont start" and "This vs This" discussions, I wanted to make this.
My personal favorite as of right now in Hardcore is Hyrda, as it basically acts as a Doctor Bag, without the rarity or price.

Slasher (I think) It's basically Med-X and Physco combined. And you can stack med-X with slasher for a nice 50% damage reduction. It does not stack with physco, sadly.

I like turbo best. If I have implant grx I would then would say my second best is slasher. My least favorite chems are jet and rebound due to me hardly using AP unless I use the bullet time function in project nevada.

mentats are a personal favorite though i never actually use them just horde them. they have great utility but my character builds either render the benefits null (due to high skills in the area they buff) or not enough to matter (after all if i have 20 speech mentats aren't going to help me pass many speech checks). my least favorite has to be turbo because i get addicted to it every time i use it.

turbo is somewhat rare and the negative effects of addiction begin as soon as a dose ends. to "just take more" i would need a infinite supply and would be playing the game in permanent bullet time.

Implant GRX with day tripper and chemist for 8 second duration.

Logan's loophole makes getting the second rank of GRX impossible, so you only get approximately 11 seconds of turbo with it. Not worth losing 20 levels for.

though in all fairness if you dont want impant GRX logans loophole can make turbo (if you can get sufficient quantities) a viable alternative.

I think you can craft turbo with a recipe found somewhere. 10 GRX a day is more than enough for me.

Stealthboys. They are classified as chems. With the logan's loophole chem build they can last reeeeeeeeeeeeally long.
