"Heartache by the Number" Quest.. Bugged?

I'm not playing this on PC, i'm playing the 360 version. Steam forums are just active and convienant.

I'm stuck on the part "Find Alice McLafferty at the Crimson Caravan Camp and "settle accounts"" part.
If i try to talk to her i get no quest related diologue, if i kill her the quest remains as it is and nothing changes.
Is this a bug?
