anywhere that gives income of supplies?

In fallout 3, the outcasts would give you a nice amount of supplies, such as stimpacks and grenades in exchenge for some technology, and this gave the player a good place to stock up on useful equipment. Is there any place in New Vegas that has a similar service?

Positive reputation with Followers of the Apocalypse, NCR and the Legion will give you access to their respective safe houses where an NPC will provide supplies.

If you have positive Freeside reputation a random King gang member will run up to you and give you some supplies when you enter the area.

Eddie from the Powder Gangers will give you some explosives if you have good reputation with them.

Sierra Madre vending machines, infinite amount of... whatever holodisks you collected. Which can include various chems, ammo, and a weapon.

Julie in the Mormon Fort in Freeside also gives you a free Stimpak, RadAway, or Fixer once per day if your rep with the Followers is good enough.

No, there is no fallout 3 weekly two dozen stimpacks and 20 grenade dispenser in new Vegas. The closest you get is single daily chems.

Don't really remember what, though, If I recall correctly it's mainly energy cells and stuff like that.

It's a box with random amounts of random energy ammo. Sometimes you get 400 small energy. Sometimes you get 8 micro-fusion.

Caesar's idolized tier puts a similar box in the secret stash location, but it typically contains THOUSANDS of random energy ammo of all kinds, types, and levels, or silly things like 30 doctors' bags.

Oh, also, if you have the NCR Emergency Radio, you can call in a supply drop 1x per day in NCR-controlled territory.

Actually, there is. The Legion cache. When you get high reputation with the Legion, they don't poke your eyes out with a radio that can summon a one-time meat shield, they ghive you access to half a dozen boxes. Boxes full of ammo, grenades and some chems. The amount can vary and sometimes you can get thousands of energy cells in a game week.

The tricky part is usually finding it again though, unless you put a custom marker on it right after the associated quest ends. It is in a strange location near Cottonwood Cove.

Also, if you upgrade Muggy, he gets you some energy ammo every 3 days. I think it's around 100 total ammo?

Almost every member of the Think Tank gives you some sort of supplies/crafting junk every day or so.

The funny thing is that you don't really need to serve them. I had Caesar's Favour with wiping out Cottonwood Cove and Nelson, thwarting the Omerta's plans, making Silus speak, saving the monorail and exposing the mole, breaking the Kahn alliance and joining the BoS and asking the Boomers to help the NCR.
it was mildly funny, to be honest. The gave me a small fortune as a reward for completely screwing up their plans.

Well caesar also sends you into the bunker with the platnum chip with no oversight, the legion is very trusting

I blame this on the tumor :(
