Nope!

OP, what or who's eyes are doing what? The only known bug concerning eyes is sometimes Rex's or even coyotes eyes will be hanging out of their sockets.

I remember messing up a mod and having certain characters staring off to the side.
Not entirely sure if that’s what the OP meant, otherwise no clue.

OP, did you install any mods?

Fallout Character Overhaul when combined with other mods like Mikoto's eyes has been known to cause issues with an eye glitch that sounds like this.

Yeah, it's gotta be FCO then. If you don't have Mikoto, I don't know. It might not have to be a character mod that conflicts with it, it could be a gameplay mod that still changes NPC files. The FCO mod changes the file paths for eyes and that can cause this eye glitch if another mod changes NPC files too. Or maybe you left some old eye or head files in from another mod that could also conflict with.

I had this problem and it's annoying as ♥♥♥♥ and not easy to fix if you wanna use FCO. I used FNVEdit to fix it, which you would have to know how to use first.

This mod might help: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/37537/?

Install it and it might fix most of the eyes, but maybe not all of them. It uses HD textures for eyes like FCO does.

FCO is a great mod when it works, but you could try uninstalling it to see if the problem goes away if nothing else.

Or keep removing mods to see which one is conflicting with FCO, which could be a pain if you have a lot.
That's why I stopped using FCO; that and the boost wasn't worth the trouble of installing the damn thing and getting everything to work right with another mod I wanted that required it.
