Hey can anybody help me, i dont know if my game has bugged

On the Quest "Guess who i saw today" i finished it ages ago and tasked lilly with testing the new stealthboy and waiting for Dr.Henry's research. The game says "Wait outside the hotel for 24h and come backa nd you can have lilly as a companion again". this didnt work. Lilly has been saying to me "im helping doctor henry now deerie" for about a month and the quest is stuck in a loop. is this a bug, please somebody help me, she has a lot of my good gear still on her, including a bozar....

Most missions involving some form of cut-scene to progress are really prone to get stuck permanently.
Try to reset her companion script by dismiss all companions at a terminal. (The Lucky 38 suite and the Gun Runners' shack have one.)

thanks man/woman for this help, considering the bozar cost me around 25000 caps i dont want to lose it to a bug...

umm actually didnt work, lilly is still stuck at the hotel in jacobstown...
any other suggestions :(

Try to reset her completely then. If you don't know how to do an NPC reset, just open the console and type these commands:

prid 13d830
disable
enable
kill
resurrect

If even this fails, then the quest scripts are stuck somewhere. Debugging that is tricky if you don't know how to do it because it can have many solutions.
