How do you actually go through courier's mile ?
Even with a close supply of 50 rad aways + 50 rad X + power armor, it seems hard to go through it without injecting myself every 20 seconds

RadX usually does the job for me. Otherwise you just need to be very, very fast.

Just have a ton of RadX and RadAway and you'll be fine.

Just make sure that you're Rad Resistance is high enough. And put on some Rad Resistance gear.

Power armor has rad res.

Also have to account the deathclaws in the area. Slows progress

Not necessarily. Use VATS a lot.

My guns can kill in 2-3 headshots, problem is spamming jet to resupply AP.
Better idea: keep the anti-rad policy, but use an Anti-Materiel Rifle with either AP or Hand Load rounds, have the Suppressor mod attached, and aim for headshots from far away. Take some Steady if you need to, since that'll remove all idle sway.

How I ususally go through the courier's mile is stock up on tons of turbo 8-10 should get the job done unless you have logans loophole and chemist you can possibly only require 2-3 (or get perk implant grx if lvl 30), use maybe 2 med-x, 3-4 slasher (due to them not lasting too long unless you have Logans Loophole and chemist), maybe about 5 or so stimpaks (due to the turbo shouldn't get hit often), using a powerful gun with high damage (I would say avoid automatic weapons with low damage because most of the time they can heal right through your damage) and armor piercing bullets or a powerful unarmed/melee weapon (with their perks) and armor does not really matter due to the surplus of turbos/grx so you should not get hit very often.

Edit: Forgot about the rad-x you may need about 4-5 to search the area and about 15-20 rad-aways because your radiation poisining can shoot up rather quickly if your not looking.

How I usually go past it is popping 1-2 RadX, and just stealth-sneak all the way through, grabbing the stuff I need, and get the hell out.

I'd say grab a minigun with AP bullets and clear the place out. Mabey get the breathing mask (pretty sure that has higher rad resistance than a power armor helmet)

If not download the Gas Mask mod wich adds diffrent gas masks and all of them have pretty good rad resistance

or even a Gatling Laser!

I was actually a lil bit insulted after I cleared it the first time with the Med Stick after hours of trial and error only to look up a YT video of someone clearing it in minutes. Still, it's a fun dungeon to test out your build against unfair odds.

I'd rather shoot with AP 5mm than with the Gatling laser.....Minigun doesn't eat that much ammo

Surplus ammo is worthless unless you can break it down.
