Well i told her to hide somewhere, and i;ll find her when i killed elijah. Where does she go? cant find her anywhere.

After you kill Elijah, the DLC ends and you are supposed to be teleported back to the fountain, then leave the area or discover the remaining of the Villa. You will never see Christine after entering the elevator to the vault.

Yeah, that threw me for a loop the first time I played DM, too. I also went back looking for her.

Yep you can't get back to her after you leave, so she takes over running the Hotel.
