Old World Blues.... GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!! [Solved]
So I started this dumb dumb dumb dlc for some reason and am now stuck in this god forsaken place with no hope of getting back to New Vegas. The quests are tedious and require going back and forth, back and forth.
Is there any console command I can use to just finish everything and get myself the hell out of here?
I just finally finished Field Research by using the "MovetoQT" command but everytime I talk to one of these idiot robots they just give me another quest (As if there werent enough). I just wanna go home!!!! I dont wanna D!k around with the stupid robots anymore. Someone help gtfo!!!!! PLEASE!!!!

EDIT: If I HAVE to complete certain quests to get the hell out of here what are they? I would love to just skip any that are pointless to leave.

EDIT2: So I movetoqt to get inside the forbidden zone (No idea how to get inside before that. Key?) and encounterd the giant robo scorpion, it completed whatever objective that was, so I teleported to my next quest spot. Now I have no idea what to do. I didnt kill the robo scorp i just tp'd to my next objective. What the hell is this bs a$$ mission -__- Just let me GO!!!!!

Suck it up. Old World Blues is the best DLC New Vegas has.

lol...dude, I'm surprised you hate it so much. While I agree that there are more "go fetch" quests than I normally like, there are some great story elements to the dlc. Plus there are some awesome re-sellable items vomited at you to make hella caps, which is great (unless you also use the console to give yourself money...in which case, shame on you).

I just finished OWB, and while I empathize with your frustration (there were several times when I also thought "just get me the hell OUTTA here!", in the end, it's worth completing (and doing all the robot "chores")...you'll end up with a great base to get unlimited caps and craft items (again, unless you're simply using the console to provide, in which case, you are missing out on the most important aspect of the game, but what the hell, to each his own).

BTW...surely you must have a hard save prior to going into the dlc...can't you just load that up and forget OWB? Or are you one of those guys who just wants to cherry-pick the bennies w/o paying the price to obtain them?

I've beaten the game multiple times so yes I am using TGM and other cheats to just have fun, but this damn mission has me stuck. I don't even want to continue playing lol. I do have a save from before I went to Big mountan, but Id lose all my mod loaded guns/outfits, etc and have to go and reaquire them all again. (If thats even possible, havent used mods much till this playthrough). They really should have made a "Get me out of here" button for this DLC. :cfacepalm:

You know you don't have to do all the quests they give you, only the ones that send you to find specific technologies.
Do the quests you ♥♥♥

Again I've beaten the game several times.... Fu** this quest. I should be able to opt out if I don't wanna do it anymore. I know I was warned but jesus christ what a dumb, tedious mission. :cfacepalm:
Also If you have no REAL recomendations for how to easily get out of this sh**hole keep your opinions to yourself. K thx bye. ;)

22 hours. Completed two quests. No, you did not beat this game. Not once. Also, just follow the questline. It is short and has the Bethesda-style quest marker system that is so ridiculously simple that a hamster could do it. You're smarter than a hamster, aren't you?

Nobody can be smarter than space hamsters.

I have to agree, MikeOxbig.
I never played any of the DLC for new vegas.
Heck. The last time I played Fallout NV was back on it's release and I found this game to be quite horrible so I rushed through it and sold the game.
Now, how many years later, I am giving it a proper chance of a play through.
I started 'Old World Blues' very early in the game and found this DLC quite the same Pain you are having. Simply because I think it's because I was such a low level Character.
I have to say that by trudging through these missions has greatly increased my character and after completion felt quite satisfied.
I think the problem with this DLC is that it reminded me to much of the clostrephobic confines of the Fallout III Alpha ship Zeta mission.

To get past this DLC (spoilers ahead)
You need to get your brain back.
1. Get into the forbidden zone a.k.a. Mobious' hide-out/red dome.
2. Kill the Giant Cyber-scorpian.
3. Kill Dr. Mobous.
4. Retrieve your brain.
5. Go back to the Sink (blue dome).
6. Kill all the robot doctors.
7. Leave the Sink lab.
8. Use the new teleporter 'weapon' to transport yourself back to the Mojave Wasteland.

Yes, but the miniature giant space hamster has been where no small rodent should ever, ever have to go.

Somewhere in the middle of all of the "GO FETCH THIS!" quests, you encounter a giant robo-scorpion,but instead of movetoqt'ing past it,jump over the railing and kill it (I killed it in about 11 hits with a Protonic Inverter Axe(I think that's its name)),and you should get a quest to encounter Dr Mobius. I don't know what to do from then on.

Teleporting your way through the whole thing won't cut it since you are leaving out a lot of script triggers. I'M not even sure how did you get into the other dome without doing all three main mission sub-quests first.
Try to kill the giant robot. It should be doable with mostly any build/weapons. It is big, but it is super weak on vanilla. Then go to the top and look for a very obvious door. Speak with the brain there, then your own brain there, and go back to the starting dome. One dialogue or fight (you decide), and the DLC's main portion is over.

Like you have a right to complain . Try going in with the enemies spawning almost as soon as you defeat a group, and always waiting for you when you exit a building. I went inot that damn area with over 3000 rounds for my energy weapons and almost 10000 combined for all the guns I had. I finihsed it in 3 hours and left with roughly 2k rounds total, and I killed enough enemies to go from level 28 to 45.

Don't get me wrong, OWB is actually my second favorite DLC behind Lonesome Road. I just had crap luck compared to me breezing through it on 360 over a year ago. All in all, despite goign through hell (thank god I didnt have Hardvore on as well), I still love OWB. But I'm just immature and still love the ♥♥♥♥ ton of sexual humor
