Luck and roulette
Does the luck stat help with playing roulette? I want to bet every chip I have on one number and win.

Yes, but not as blatantly as slots.

The least affected is blackjack.

Luck affects all gambling related games. At least 7 LCK should be sufficient. I'm not quite sure how much it'll help by, since I normally just stick to Blackjack.

8 Luck would net you a 36:1 win in about 5-15 tries.

Roulette is too risky, for me blackjack takes the crown for fastest income earner. 10 LCK, spam double down and 3/4 [at worst] chance of a profit.

Blackjack is a fast way, but also has the lowest possible returns. With roulette, you can go over double of the kick limit in Primm and almost to 150% in the Ultra-Luxe. And with LU 9-10, slots and roulette become the fastest way to break the banks.

Plus, max bet in Roulette is like 200 caps, i hated that you can't bet whatever you want, i also wanted to just walk in and throw all my caps down on one spin of that wheel...

a thing about roulette as I ran a 10 luck run, it may land around your number nearby, and I found it best to change numbers on the wheel spectrum rather than near where it landed before, choosing the same number multiple times changed nothing but always best to end with roulette as the payout is 35-1 basically more than slots will ever give you, 200x35 = 7000 whereas slots maximum would be 40x100 = 4000 (depending on your casino 40 may not be an option for slots as a max bet, so playing roulette for 7000 anyways is always best)

in general you may not need to have max luck to be successful it just helps your chances, I mean double downing on 20 and getting aces is pretty much what happens

note: it's always better to have 9 luck not 10 at the start of the game if you're going to run that kind of build as you can just buy the implant assuming you're going with some endurance points

But thank you for that assessment!
