How to repair in Project Nevada?

I recently got the pn mod for fnv, but when I acquired two sets of metal armor (both heavy/ exact same type) I was unable to repair them with one another. I know pn makes the game a bit more difficult, but I am wondering how I can go about repairing my stuff. Thanks!

Look up the documentation for the alternative repair system. Or turn it off and go back to the vanilla style.

Unless you turned on the Alternative Repairs Sytem it works the same way as before.

If you turned on the ARS then you need to make repair kits.

Sweet! Worked for me. Any idea how to use the homemade plasma rifle scope with a regular plasma rifle? I cannot seem to attach mine..

You cannot attach it to the regular one. I'm not even sure you can do that with the GRA version either. If you want cross-weapon compatibility for many basic mods, you need a weapon mod overhaul and extension mod: either WMX or WME.

Hm.. what weapon can I attach this scope to without a weapon overhaul? Or is that even possible? By the way you have been very helpful and I appreciate the prompt responses!

Well, if it says homemade plasma rifle scope, I'd wager it is for the homemade plasma rifle you can make at a workbench.

Gosh... I feel like a dope. I thought it was just a homemade "pr scope" so it could be used with any pr... Welp. Thanks, man haha.

I would believe a scope on a normal plasma rifle would be kinda pointless, for the projectile is way too slow to hit a target unless they are standing still or hardly moving about.

Edit: Though on a homeade plasma rifle the projectile is faster (or I percieve it to be faster).
