Screen error

Soon as I load FNV my screen shifts to the left and the left of my screen is completely gone, other games is fine is it an error to do with this game? is there a way to fix it?

Yes, set the resolution properly.

I wasn't born in the last shower, I have nothing changes it.

I literally went through every resolution within the game, same issue, I even did windowed version and bordered window, no difference. Any other ideas?, was ok from Win 7 but since i now got win 10 pro its had this issue

Oh, that. Did you get the new display drivers, specific for Win10 yet?

Yup dide that, a major hassle to install it as the update manager didn't want to install but got it

Well, assuming the initialisation files are working. When you set the resolution, quit the launcher, and go back to the settings, does the new resolution stay there?

1280 x 1024 is what its set too

Yeah, but does it stay? I want to rule out an error and the obvious symptom of it is that no matter what you change in the launcher settings, they don't stick.

exactly run down what your want me to do? so open FNV > ???? >????? ect, sorry I hate typing I usually use mic lol

Simple. Open launcher. Go to settings. Change a few things. Save and close. Quit the launcher.
Reopen launcher. Go back to settings. See if the changes you just made are there or reverted back.

Unrelated to that, but to be on the safe side:
Go to Control Panel, then Programs, then Uninstall Programs. See if you can see DisplayLink in the list. If you do, get rid of it.

So what i did is put it to match my outside game reso, saved exit, it reverted back, so then i went to remove programs and seen DisplayLink, removed that and went back to the launcher, repeated the reso check, it remained!. tried to play it and Thank yo so much it actually fixed it :), your a big help man!

I am glad it was finally sorted out. \^_^/ (But there was no need for an invite, I don't really accept those outside trading and the few small groups I'm in.)
