Good traits for a Sniper?
I'm already planning on using Built to Destroy for that 3% extra crit chance, however I'm stuck between the last one. (I don't NEED to have another one but I want to just for the sake of filling that spot.)

I'm stuck on 4 traits
Fast Shot (I'm using a sniper so 20% less Accurate means nothing to me.)
Trigger Discipline (It fits the characters lol)
Skilled (A quick boost in stats is always nice)
Small Framed (It's nice but I hate that limb damage.)

Skilled or fast shot. If you are new to the game, skilled, if not, fast shot.
Never take trigger discipline. Probably the worst trait.

I also was thinking of Four Eyes, I'll be using Lucky Shades and found out it gives a +3 in PER aswell a +1 to Luck

Four eyes in vanilla lowers your base PE, so if you want to take a PE-related perk, you must have a PE one point higher than the actual listed requirement. Keep this in mind when you assign SPECIAL.

Ah this is very confusing...so if I start off with 6 PE, and put Four Eyes it lowers it to 5. Even if I go and pick up the glasses on the desk at the start of the game. It won't level up my PE to 7 only back to it's base level that's 6?

For eyes works this way:
Lowers PE by 1. It's a hit to base PE, so if you start with 6, the game thinks you have 5.
Adds +1 to the PE bonus of eyewear, so the usual +1 PE bonus is converted to +2 PE bonus.

Is that a glitch in the game then? aw if it's like that then I'll just go with Fast Shot. +3 PE with Lucky Shades sounds nice but I had this idea where + the Implant and +3 Lucky Shades I'll have 10 PE from Equipment.

Not a glitch, this was the easiest way to implement the perk. There are mods that use the script extender to make it work like the description, leaving your base PE alone.
