Weapon fov

Does anyone know how to change the wepaon fov, so you can see mostly your and the gun if you kind of know what I mean. If I type in console FOV It changes the field of view, but not the weapon field of view. Is there any console command for weapon FOV? thanks

No, it is set separately for each weapon type in the animation files.

If you type fov 90 in console it will increase the weapons fov a bit. Warning with some weapons it makes your arms a bit broken looking.

Using the console will also disable achievements for that session until you quit and restart the game.

There is a mod for FOV:

You need the MCM, or Mod Configuration menu though. This method does not disable achievements.

Or use the FOV mod above, which is more versatile and much easier to use.

The fov Slider automacially made my game look like when I type in fov 80, Thanks!

Better yet, use http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/40442/ and be able to tweak pretty much EVERY graphics setting the game has. :D
