Lily and Leo

So I've been trying to get Lily done and over with but I just cant get her quest done. To begin with I never got a pop up message saying she was having a psychotic break yet using this console command I got off the internet " sqv 13e510" I can see that she has had two psychotic breaks. Yet, there is no dialogue option for me to speak to her about the psychotic break. I have exhausted all the possible options about Leo and I have talked to her about the type of medicine she takes but I can not get her to play the recording or talk about a break even when I personally and in a fight have brought her health below half. I have tried fast travelling, waiting, and sleeping but none of it does anything. I have been trying this all night and at this point I really just want Lily's quest to be over so I can have the 15 second ending in the movie at the end. Please respond with any helpful information, I am 100% open to console commands at this point. Thanks.

If you are sure according to the quest variables that the conversation should have happened, then fast travel somewhere and wait. If still not, sit down on a chair or sofa a few times and get up shortly afterwards. It also tends to trigger NPC conversations.

There is still no option to talk to her about a break or the medicine, and I havent heard a recording. I sat on sofas, went in and out of doors, slept, waited, fast travelled ... nothing.

I had a similar problem with Lily's quest. I checked via command to see if she had a psychotic episode, and it showed 1, but no pop up had ever happened. Then to just test things a bit, I took her to where there are lots of cazadors, so her health would rapidly go down, and just as she was about to get to the unconscious state, the pop up showed up saying that she's suffered a psychotic break and that she'll be in that state until all enemies have been dealt with. Needless to say, she did go unconscious after the psychotic break.

I then fast traveled around a while, sat on some chairs...nothing else happened, no holoradio played. It wasn't until I entered Victor's shack and waited for 1 hour that her holoradio message played, and then there were new dialogues available that allowed me to complete Lily's quest.

Hey guys, I figured it out. I just used the console comand 'set "13e510".LilyHolotape to 1' and then the dialogue to finish the quest immeadiately showed up. Thanks for all your help, and thanks for commenting!

How exactly did you do this? I am having the same problem except when I try to input the command that you listed I get a message saying unknown variable. I know for a fact that I typed everything correctly.
