Help! Can not strafe! move sideways.

Hello!
earlier as i played the game worked fine but suddently my character stoped strafing aka sideways walking. the buttons a and d work but they do not get the character to walk in any direction. if i restart the game and load earlier save i get the character to walk sideways. The "disability" wont start untill i have loaded one or 2 times. Loading meaning things such as waiting or going trough a door that does not simply open but loads you up in another room or such. Going back wont help and the game has to be exited before you can load a save and move sideways again.
Please if anybody knows anything that might help i would be grateful. If you have any futher questions id love to answer

Strange, never heard of a key not working after a while. Mouse left click has this, solved by just opening the world map and moving the cursor around, but keys generally either all work or don't work.

Yes. I have failed to find a way to solve this for now. I am pretty certain that non of the mods installed are to blame. I use very common mods and few if any would have any effect on the movement or WASD keys.
