Old School Ghoul Bug

I've exhausted all dialogue with Ranger Andy (even though I already talked to him going through the grayed out options still triggered Raul's dialogue) Corporal Sterling (who i had never talked to before and got the dialogue from Raul) However when I went to talk to Loyal all it did was Raul repeated his dialogue from the last conversation with Corp. Sterling. I tried doing what the wiki said with console commands but it didn't work (If Raul won't initiate the final conversation, open the console, click on Raul and try the following commands: set "000e61a5".RepairTrack to 2 followed by set "000e61a5".GunSlingerTrack to 2 and finally startconversation player vDialogueRaulRaulTejadaTopic084.) Please Help!

It said in the console command menu that "000e61a5" was an unknown variable

You have to type that command as you see, with quotes included. That command is correct, so if it returns an error, it means you typed it wrong.

I have a similar problem with the final discussion about his doubts, according to the wiki I'm putting it all down right, probaly the buggiest quest in the game.

im not suprized with these bugs for a game developed in 3 months
