It's basicly the best rifle in the whole game
why are we comparing them?
Battle rifle is a non-unique variant of the "this machine" Not really a fan but if you want a load gun that does decent damage at medium ranges its not too bad. This machine being better.
the Ratslayer is.....the unique varmint rifle its pretty good for sneak attack criticals but other guns suit its purpose better, notably christines.
The service rifle, the unique one as I recall is the survivors rifle from honest hearts. the service rifle is pretty garbage. the marksmen rifle is the same ammo type, same purpose and has the unique variant all american and if you are skilled in guns preforms much more decently. (or less skilled but take some steady)
the Survivor's rifle.... which I generally load with JHP rounds does gobs of damage to unarmored targets. your Tunnelers, you Cazadores, your Nightstalkers and works with Grunt Perk.
Dunno if you are including the unique variants here or not. but these gun types aren't really to be compared
