Pip-boy's damage indicator is gone

Literally that, the weapon's tab shows me a big empty space where the damage should be located (not even the lines surrounding the number are appearing).

I have installed Pip-boy readius, DarnUI and ThinHUD.

This is the first time this happens to me, how can I fix this?

With more than one UI mod you should install UIO http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57174/?

If that doesn't fix the issue, check your load order. Loot can't be trusted when it comes to UI mods (well, Loot can't be trusted at all :D)

Ditch Readius, it has been unsupported for ages. Get the PipBoy 2500 instead.

Then the question is when did you add the last UI mod. UI mods are finnicky and are normally installed at the start of a modding operation, because they can be sensitive to mod install orders, UIO or not. Meaning if you already had a working mod mix and you suddenly added a new UI mod because it looked nice, chances are, it will be broken and stay being broken.
