Anyway, what is wrong with Realistic Weapon Damage?
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35335/?
Anyways I had a damage multiplier on Skyrim where 1 hit was 1 kill, makes fights interesting I guess.
Btw thanks for the info I'll check it out.
... very resilient little f*ckers. So id guess you could shoot like 10 shots into a radscorpio head before you bring it down. Im not even gonna account for how almost meaningless loss of a limb or tow is for them. At least for them against you within that fight scenario. I could go on and on... xD

I'd suggest playing on hard difficulty
Finding stimpaks, Med-X, Doctors Bags, and the materials to make your own are not at all rare. Potent herbal medicines are also common.
Pretty much every town has a servicable doctor as well.
Dying instantly from a shot to the torso because "infection" doesn't even make any sense. Certainly isn't "realistic."
Also this for headshots and such. Bear in mind scripted sequences and other assorted things may be affected.
Not at all, stop being a clown.
