[TTW] Stuck on Fallout 3 Intro?

I start the game, choose Fallout 3, I see the white screen with the blood at the beginning of the scene, and then Doctor Li just stares at me and there is a red box off to the left side, does anyone else have this issue? Is there a solution? I have all the mods and .ini's right
I own both games.

Look up the save file on their forums that has one save right at the door of Vaul 101. The intro sequences are constantly breaking for quite a few people, but after that it tends to work. Check that save, exit the vault and see if the game works normally.

Well i thought it was a glitch with my mods, so i reinstalled new vegas completely and cant get the game to work at all now, so i just gave up, ill play fallout 3 normally
