Use the Viva New Vegas guide if you're having performance or stability issues. Also look at YUP for general bugfixes but other than that stick to vanilla.

You're going to have to do some window shopping. "Graphics" is a very broad term with this game and there's no 1 single mod that will include it all. Just follow the Viva New Vegas guide regardless.
Even so, Viva New Vegas is still pretty much necessary - most graphics mods will increase memory/VRAM use, which will crash the game unless you've set up the baseline stability/performance mods.
The biggest improvements grahpically are going to be a good weather mod (since that also changes and improves the lighting) - Desert Natural Weathers[www.nexusmods.com], and a decent ReShade. I personally use a slightly tweaked SimplyShade[www.nexusmods.com]. SILO[www.nexusmods.com] is a nice improvement to interiors, along the lines of what a weather mod will do for exteriors.
After that, textures are going to be the main improvement. Here[salamand3r.fail] is a fairly comprehensive texture guide if you want to cover almost everything in the game.
If you want to see how that generally looks, feel free to check my screenshot and artwork sections.
Regarding the guides Varus posted - the first one is acceptable, it's (according to the author), just a clone of Viva New Vegas. The second is overblown, and the 3rd and 4th are MANY years out of date.
There is literally only one guide that is kept updated by experienced mod authors, and has been extensively tested and developed over several years. That's Viva New Vegas.
Hey, Varus - why do you dislike me so much, and keep telling people not to follow my advice, and then link a mod to which I help maintain the literal official modded guide for?
Not only that, the non-modded official guide for TTW is originally by the same person as Viva New Vegas - and the intro screenshot is by me.
It's fine that you have some weird obsession with hating me, but it doesn't make sense paired with what mods you recommend.
bad graphic mod in fnv - anything related ENB, ive used enb in this game, it does look good but it has some flaws with ambient occlusion, draw call count become increase and tank your fps really bad, fog effect look white ugly
