mouse clicking stops working
i'm near the beginning, when you talk to sunny smiles about teaching how to shoot etc and the mouse stops working, both in the paused game menu (continue, new game, load game, settings, quit) and also within the pip-boy. and you have to use the up-down-left-right and enter on the keyboard to navigate both menus. makes the game unplayable, for me anyway.

Use the keyboard to open the world map, move the mouse around the bit, and it will work again.

it's not a fool proof solution though

You can usually navigate most menus with the arrow keys. I have the same problem. Restarting the game always fixes it, but usually I can do just fine using my arrow keys where needed. It is very annoying, still.

This annoying bug most often gets triggered after a Fast Travel. Not all the time though, but very easy to reproduce with FT.

The temporary fix is to open your Pipboy, go to your world map, hold down the left mouse button and scroll around a bit. After that, your mouse should work again in the item menu, dialog menu etc.

The better solution is to quit the session of the game and restart it, and don't use Fast Travel. >_<

As I said, FT doesn't cause this bug 100% but it's the highest chance to cause it.
