Dead Money back to wasteland?

Ok, dumb question.

I trapped Elijah, took the elevator back up, and am standing in the villa by the fountain. How do I get back to the wasteland to continue my journey? I see nothing on the map.

There's a gate behind the fountain. Use that to leave the Sierra Madre. Be sure to grab the snowglobe before you go; Once you leave there's no turning back without cheats.

By the way, when you are taken back to the fountain, your collar gets removed. So if you want, you can loot the villa (just not the casino) to your heart's content before going back.

Hence I said you can loot the villa. It has the Assassin Suit and nine Brownings, worth almost 40,000 caps with 100 barter skill (more if you can repair them with Jury rigging, the M4A1 carried by most NCR can repair it). Not to mention the Smith & Wessons, you can find more than a dozen, and the also fetch a pretty penny. And if you can find the reinforced armours, they aren't bad either.
