At low settings, most cards can run it. You should be fine.

I've got a lot of mod on thought, a lot of armour mods, weapon mods, nevada skies, and enb mod and i run 60+ fps. You don't know the full specs of my computer any way so make sure you back up what your saying

You were talking like you know what my computer has and saying i cant run fallout with demanding mods enb and ultra settings. Search up LunarDiamond on steam, Thats my Main Account, All the games on my profile i can run so yeah.

I didn't say anything except you could probably run it. Again, you only gave a card so without giving any more information other people might assume (which they did) you may not be able to run it well or at all, albeit some of them said it in a bit of a dickish way. It's good you can run it though with lots of mods.

i run gt635 at 30-40 fps 1080p ultra settings modded with nmc, cinmatech, dynavision
720p 40-60 fps
so yes it will definetly run well

Hm, you shouldn't be able to run it with an ENB, mods that use scripts at 60+ fps with that CPU. Contrary to most games New Vegas' bottleneck is your CPU, not your GPU. More precisely the single-core performance of your CPU, which is sadly bad for AMDs, especially the FX series.

It can be an octa-core, would be the same. The engine cannot use more than one core, only the Havok that is integrated into it can.
