Bunker at Fortification Hill

After Accepting Destroying the bunker for Caesar and without killing benny, is there any way to Teleport / get out of the Fort without completing the quest?

I assume you're asking on whether you can leave Fort Hill after Caesar demands that you destroy the bunker? No you can't without console commands although you don't actually have to do what he says when you get to the bunker.

Problem is I dont have enough ammo to take care of the Robots.

Well you're kind of FUBAR unless you have a decent Science skill. You picked up the weapons?

can't he just leave the fort now that he's been down there anyway? or go get some ammo from the trader by the gate?

Shotguns wont be that great of a use since their damage threehold is high as ♥♥♥♥♥.

Theres some plasma rifle down by the bunker but doesnt have any ammo.

Just hack everything and disable the automated security systems. You don't have to fight anything down there.
